Why can't anybody vote on the poll I just created?

When you first create your poll it will be in Charging mode and you will be able to make changes to the question and answers.

Then you will need to click on the Energize link to activate it for voting.

How long will people be able to vote on my poll?

All polls run for 7 days once you Energize them. You will still be able to see the results of your poll while it is Energized and after it is Discharged.

Can I limit who will be able to vote on my polls?

No. Once your poll is Energized anybody who sees the link to your poll will be able to vote on it.

How do I change the question or one of the answers on my poll?

While your poll is Charging you can use the Edit Link to make changes to both the question and the answers at any time.

Once your poll is Energized you cannot make any more changes to the question or the answers.

How do I delete my poll?

While your poll is either Charging or Discharged you can use the Delete link. You cannot delete your poll while it is Energized.

Deleting your poll is final, it cannot be undone.

Why don't I see the graphs my Dashboard?

You need to ensure that JavaScript is enabled on your device for the graphs to function.

Why don't I see the summary of all my polls?

You need to ensure that JavaScript is enabled on your device for the summary to function.

Why do I have to provide my email address?

Your email address is how we will communicate with you. You can update your email address in your User Profile at any time.

I just signed up, where is my activation email?

We always send the activation email to the email address you provided at sign up. There may be a short delay in arrival depending on email servers. Give it a few minutes then check your junk/spam folder. If it still doesn't show up you can click the 'Resend Email' link on the Signup Page.
